Our Gourmet Truffle Jus has been formulated using all-natural and all Australian ingredients. It is a simple, yet delicious broth made by cooking Winter Black Truffle and extracting the jus and combing it with complementary flavours. This Jus can be added to risotto, eggs or anything that needs a truffle kick.

These delicate notes cannot be forced into submission but must be treated with understanding.

The Winter Black Truffle is grown in the pristine surrounds of Manjimup Western Australia. Here the truffle grows in the rich soils which support the giant Karri forests.

Our Truffle Jus is a simple yet delicious broth made from cooking Black Perigord truffle in water and a pinch of salt, the truffle pieces are removed leaving a beautiful amber liquid jus behind.

Manjimup Artisan Truffles has partnered with internationally renowned French chef, Alain Fabrégues (MOF). Alain has spent decades developing and perfecting a recipe that protects the critical flavour notes and texture of the truffle with the use of specialised preserving techniques. This groundbreaking recipe has allowed Manjimup Artisan Truffles to develop a range of preserved truffles that can be enjoyed year-round.

The Company

Manjimup Artisan Truffles has released a range of premium preserved truffle, using truffle (Tuber Melanosporum) grown in the pristine region of Manjimup, Western Australia.

Typically, a truffle will keep for 1-2 weeks after harvesting and is only grown in Australia for a 10-week period over winter. Now Manjimup Artisan Truffles will be able to offer premium truffle 365 days a year.
